Billing questions
How do I pay?
Payments go through Stripe. When you pick a plan in the app, Stripe Checkout opens in your browser. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
What currency are prices in?
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and include any VAT or sales tax we have to charge. The price you see is the price you pay. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it and may charge a fee.
Does my plan renew automatically?
Yes. Monthly renews every month and yearly every year until you cancel. The app shows your next renewal date under Settings > Account.
How do I cancel?
In the app, go to Settings > Account > Plan > Manage. That opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Go to Settings > Account > Plan > Manage in the app and change your plan in Stripe's billing portal.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe tries your card again over the next few days, and Pro keeps working for up to 7 days after the failed renewal. To fix it, update your card in the billing portal (Settings > Account > Plan > Manage).
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full and with no reason needed, if you ask within 14 days of the first payment of a new subscription or of a yearly renewal. That includes subscribing again later. Monthly renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel any time. To ask, email support@lagvolt.com.
